Customers must provide a working vacuum cleaner, mop, and access to water and electricity.
If these are not available, the cleaner may cancel or reschedule the service, and a fee may apply.
All bookings must be made and paid through our platform before the cleaning date.
We recommend to book two days before your order date.
Extra tasks requested during the service will incur additional charges.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your booking are free.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be charged 50% of the service cost.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full.
Clean PH is not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured valuables.
Any issues or damages must be reported within 24 hours after the service.
Cleaners may refuse to work in unsafe or unhygienic environments.
Please ensure the space is safe and accessible.
Your data is processed according to GDPR and is only used for service delivery and communication.
